It's a community staple. This gem is located in a strip mall anchored by a grocery store & big box supply chain. It's an established CARRY-OUT with 10-12 tables if you choose to dine-in. I wish more businesses in the area would take their time & engage their customer base (like the owner, her son, & the friendly staff make a concerted effort to do) every day that they're opened. . .
The lunch & dinner specials are tasty, fulfilling & made to order with special vegan & dietary request available if you ask. I always leave with a second order to pick up when another friend/family finds out that I'm grabbing lunch or dinner.
Go out of your way to dine here. You will leave with a new found outlook on STL Chop Suey!! -

This is probably the worst experience I had with eating Chinese food. First when I went for a bite at my white rice, I found a piece of hair. Gross... Then as I was eating a crab rangoon, I could taste the dirty oil. It defiantly was not fresh because I tasted more than just the fried crab rangoon. Then the orange chicken... not so bad but the meat on the inside was dark. Never ate chicken like that... Don't recommend this place.

The food is extremely flavorful and comes in large prices so you get a bang for your buck. They also have the best crab rangoon in the area.

We have had take-out from this place a couple times so far. It is decent for the price and quantity you get in the combination meals, but it's by no means the highest of quality. We come to this establishment when we want a lot of Chinese food cheap. I liked the sweet and sour chicken and egg roll. White rice and egg drop soup are fine as well. Soup is only $1. My husband likes having lo mein as a combination plates, because he can get it with fried rice for a low price, which not all places have. The to-go styrofoam boxes for the combination plates are quite heavy and packed pull. Combination plates come with pork fried rice and 2 crab rangoon, rather than giving the option of white rice and egg roll. There are non-combo plates in half or whole sizes that come with a much smaller amount of white rice. They did not give us fortune cookies the last time, but it's not a major concern for us. You can eat inside. There are several tables, but it's been empty except for pick up orders when we've gone. They are more geared toward to-go orders with their few tables and blank walls. I'll try to update when we try more dishes.

Food is good. Potions are huge and it's very affordable. Crab Rangoon actually has some crab flavor to it unlike most Chinese restaurants. Definitely a take out place. Don't plan on dining in. There's nowhere to sit and they aren't big on customer service. Get in, pay, get your food, get out.
